This is a tough one.
For the record, while I have made a great number of important decisions, I don’t keep track of how I made them. I don’t even remember how I got to them.
Reasoning with myself is, personally, more fun. I get to debate with myself. In other words, I pretend like there are two of me who are arguing with each other. This could go on for a while, especially when in the shower or just after a bath. A cool and refreshed feeling from head to toe really works wonders! Also, after a great spin of classical/instrumental music works too.
Feelings are more complicated. It’s very tricky, especially when I myself don’t know exactly how I feel. And if I am confused, I’m not going to get too far.
When confusion happens, I go to my last resort: luck—or whatever you call it. I ask for random signs for each one of my choices and if one happened at a specified time, I go with that! More often than not, what happens tends to be interesting. Frankly though, I don’t recommend this every single time. You need to think for yourself and trust in your own feelings.
